Privacy

Nothing to see here. Literally.

The short version

I don't collect anything about you. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no accounts, no newsletter.

You looked at some pictures of museum exhibits and then you left. That's the whole transaction. The rest of this page is me being specific about it, because a privacy policy that says "we value your privacy" and then runs eleven trackers is not a privacy policy.

01 / Collection

What I collect

Nothing. There's no form on this site, no sign-up, no comment box, no cart. I don't know who you are and I'm not trying to find out.

02 / Cookies

Cookies

Zero. Not the necessary kind, not the analytics kind, and not the "we value your privacy" kind that makes you dismiss a banner before you can read anything. That's why you didn't have to click anything to get here.

03 / Third parties

Two things I should be honest about

Even a site this simple isn't running in a vacuum. Two other companies technically see you here, and pretending otherwise would be the kind of thing this page exists to avoid.

Google Fonts. The type you're reading loads from Google's servers. When the page opens, your browser asks Google for the font files, and Google can see your IP address when it answers. I use them because they're good and they load fast. I may self-host them later so this section gets shorter.

My web host. This site sits on Netlify. Like every web server on earth, theirs keeps standard logs — IP address, browser, which page was requested — to serve the site and keep it secure. I don't build reports from them and I don't read them for fun. What Netlify does with those logs is covered by their own privacy policy.

04 / Email

If you email me

The contact link opens your own email app — nothing is submitted through this site. If you write to me, I'll have your email address and whatever you chose to tell me, same as any email. I use it to write back. You won't get added to a list, because there is no list.

05 / Use

What I do with your data

Nothing, because I don't have any. There's nothing here to sell, share, hand over, or lose in a breach. That's deliberate. I build software that runs unattended in public buildings for years, and the same instinct applies here: the fewer moving parts, the fewer things that can break.

06 / Your rights

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what data I hold about you, request a copy, or demand I delete it. You're welcome to. It will be the fastest request I ever fulfill.

Children's privacy works the same way as everyone else's here: nothing is collected from anyone, at any age.

07 / Changes

If this ever changes

If I add something that does collect data — analytics, a real contact form — I'll rewrite this page and change the date below before it goes live. If you're reading this, it's current.
